Dooley's Bagels & Deli™ is a dual meal period concept serving the breakfast and lunch meal periods. Most sandwich concepts are open for lunch and dinner with a very limited competitive edge. Dooley's is a strong competitor at both breakfast and lunch.

Our menu has been created to be both diverse and efficient. For breakfast we serve 17 varieties of fresh baked bagels, eight assorted cream cheese spreads, fresh baked danish, muffins, and egg sandwiches as well as our own private line of coffee.

For lunch we serve seven varieties of melted deli sandwiches, nine cold deli combo sandwiches, eight varieties of soups, five types of salads, desserts and self-serve Pepsi products.

"Lunch Delivery" is what we specialize in. We have a delivery menu with nine cold deli sandwiches, side items, drinks and desserts made to order for delivery to your local office community Monday
through Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Our Catering menu sets us apart. We serve box lunches, sandwich trays, breakfast trays, bagel gift baskets, boxed breakfasts and fresh baked pastry trays. Any and all items can be delivered to your local offices for business meetings or any occasion.

Favorable Hours of Operation
Our hours are set to favor the family lifestyle, with no evenings and even shorter weekend hours. A typical Dooley's Bagels & Deli™ is open Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Over the years our focus on franchise support has evolved. We provide a complete franchise training program with four weeks of classroom instruction, along with two weeks of support at the opening of your store.
